i've just finished this book and really love it. my best friend told me about an older series that she wrote about pirates which greatly intrigued me. however, when i went to the library i happened to pick up the last one in that series by accident. about halfway into the first chapter i realized that i was missing something and checked and there is was i had the 3rd in the series. when returning to the library i found this series "East of the Sun Trilogy". this one is the first one in the series and i just love it. it's about diamonds and gold, the rich and poor, love and hate, friendship, family and faith. i've really enjoyed reading it and can't wait to get my hands on the second one in the series called "Yesterday's Promise"
Is that the ones about Rogan and I can't remember her name? Those are definitely some of her best. Let me know how you like the other ones.

yep that's right and the girls name is evy. it was really good. i loved it and i will probably go and get the 2nd on friday.
