Delima

little guys hair has now become to long in the front and not only is it hanging in his eyes it sometimes pokes him in the eyes. he's such a good kid though that he never really whines or complains about it. i don't want to cut it but i know that i have to. i guess my question for all those moms that have cut or had their kids hair cut is, will his hair still be so soft once i trim his bangs? it's so soft and baby-ish right now and i don't want to loose that by trimming up the bangs. i know i'm crazy but i just love his hair.

Granny says yes..it will still be soft...you can even cut it in points so it will look the same...I love his hair too...and everything else about him.

Also, Granny said she would have been trilled to given him his first hair (bang) cut when you were here. She would have felt very special to get to do that. She would have used a razor and it would have looked the same, just a little shorter. She was sorry she didn't know you wanted it done.

  3. my boys have course hair so I am not sure what will happen. You will get to the point on day where you will just cut it all off so brushing their hair is one less thing to do in the morning!

  5. I don't remember! But I am delaying cutting Abigail's because a)she is a girl (and I want it long) and b) it is so pretty, i'm afraid to lose the softness, the color, etc.

  6. Their hair isn't as soft as the baby hair but you can't delay his growning up! =) It will come no matter if you let him look like a girl or not.. He, He =) You could put it in pig tails! Make sure you save it and put it in the baby book. Don't worry I cried when they got their first hair cuts.

  8. my kids were always the same level of softness until they were about 2-then it thickens up and gets a little coarser..
