we got through the storm okay.
we were safe at my aunt and uncles house.
my mom and i got out and went to walmart on tuesday after the storm and it was packed.
it was like everyone was going stir crazy and needed to get out of the house.
on wednesday we left and headed to gulf shores, al.
we had a great time on the beach with my family.
thanks dad and mom.
little guy loved the sand and loved to sit right at the shore line and kick the water.
we were so glad that he enjoyed it so much because last night we got into panama city to spend a week with michael's family.
i know, i know, IKE..............
we just can't get enough of these hurricanes.
we are just following them.
our plan it just to see what happens once it gets into the gulf.
as of this morning, it looked like it was going towards texas.
but like always you never know where it's going to go once it gets into the gulf.
we are hoping the it doesn't ruin our vacation, we do know that we will get some rain but hopefully that is all.
can't wait to get some pics of little guy posted so that ya'll can see him at the beach.
oh and my parent's house is fine.
there was a lot of rain and wind on their street (from what they heard from neighbors) but the electricity didn't even go out.
