1. the latest and greatest is pumpkin cranberry bread. you can find the recipe, here, at my wonderful friends blog. she too makes this wonderful tasting bread and was asked by a number of people to post it on her blog. so instead of posting it here you can check out her blog as well as the recipe.
2. i love to make peanut butter blossoms. i think that most people know about those. i just use the peanut butter cookie dough in the roll (i think the recipe may be on there) but just in case it isn't. you get the roll of dough, make one inch balls with the dough and roll it in sugar, bake them for set time, and once you take them out of the oven place a hershey kiss in the middle of the cookie. they are so yummy. another way is to put the dough in a mini muffin pan with the mini muffin paper cups and when you take them out place a mini reese cup in the middle of them. yummy!
3. now this i have never made before and it's not a sweets but it is greatly missed when not made at holiday family gatherings. in fact on thanksgiving my grannie didn't make it and my cousin and i were very sad. it's her macaroni and cheese. it's home made with angel hair pasta and it's just so very good. unfortunately i didn't go home for thanksgiving and i won't see my grannie a christmas either but i think next time i do i will have to request some mac and cheese.
