We left the mountains today, On the blue ridge parkway at mile marker 86 and headed to the end of the blue ridge parkway
We drove a few more hours to Washington DC
And only had about 5 minutes of traffic
We arrived at our hotel and checked in with ease.
Then headed to the National Mall to look around.
There was a freedom festival going on which threw us off and made it a bit overwhelming but little girl got her face painted and golden boy played ball on the lawn
Then we parked it for the fireworka. We were between the capitol and the Washington monument but closer to the capitol.
The fireworks were great we were just far away so we didn't hear them.
That night when we got back to the room little girl let me pull her tooth. It had been wiggly for days now but it finally came out on the 4th.
